FREE Delivery for Orders Over $150
For orders over $150 delivery is FREE Australia-wide. For all orders under $150 we charge $9.95* to most major capital cities and towns throughout Australia. Higher postage costs may apply to some more remote areas of Australia and also to very heavy or bulky items. Higher postage costs may apply if the calculated postage exceeds $30 to any place within Australia, and is subject to our discretion. You will be advised by telephone or email if this is the case with an option to pay the additional postage or cancel your order and be issued a full refund.
FREE Local Delivery for Purchases Over $20
As we are based in Gerringong, we offer FREE personalised delivery to addresses with postcodes 2534 and 2533 for purchases over $20. These postcode areas include Gerringong, Gerroa, Werri Beach, Foxground, Rose Valley, Toolijooa, Willow Vale, Kiama, Kiama Downs, Kiama Heights, Bombo, Minnamurra, Jamberoo, Saddleback Mountain, Jerrara, and Curramore, ONLY. Please leave a note in the comments section a preferred delivery time so we can deliver your items when you are home to receive them. In times of high demand, we may also utilise the service of a courier for your delivery.
Local Pick Up
You are welcome to pick up your order from our Gerringong store at 107 Fern St. Please contact us on (02) 4234 3960 to arrange.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment from Gerringong, NSW. Shipping is provided by either Australia Post or our nominated courier. Estimated days for delivery are shown in the table below. Delivery timeframes are an estimate only, and in peak demand times such as Christmas, deliveries to some regions can take considerably longer. To avoid disappointment caused by high volume demands on Australia Post or our courier, we suggest you place your order early. Please understand that every effort is made to pick, pack and dispatch your order quickly. Once the item leaves our hands sometimes delays can occur due to a variety of reasons, and these are entirely outside of our control. The current COVID-19 pandemic is quickly evolving and changing situation. Delivery delays can occur.

NB: If you have a preference for us to ship with either Australia Post or by courier, please leave us a note in the comments at checkout such as "Please use AusPost" or "Please use courier". We will do our best to use your preferred carrier.
If you require your item urgently, we are happy to help you receive them quicker by sending them Australia Post Express. AusPost Express will likely arrive quicker but this is not guaranteed. Please call 02 4234 3960 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a quote before ordering. Prices will vary depending on your location, size and weight of your items. Express Post charges are highly variable so it has to be quoted but can certainly be added to your order for payment.
PO Box and Parcel Locker Delivery
Whilst we prefer a physical address, we can deliver to PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers provided items are of a smaller size. For large-sized orders, we do require a physical address for deliveries as our courier is unable to deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker. Larger, heavy and bulky orders will attract additional shipping costs if we have to send the items to your PO Box. Please note that the courier does require a signature and will not leave parcels unattended unless requested to do so. You may also ship to your workplace, relative or friend if more convenient.
Delivery of Parcels
By Courier - To ensure the safe arrival of your parcel, our courier has been instructed not to leave parcels at your delivery address if it cannot be signed for. If you are absent from the premises you will instead be left a calling card advising you to make contact and rearrange a delivery time that is convenient. In some major capital cities and regional areas, you can also have your parcel redirected to a Parcel Connect location (usually a newsagent or convenience store) for pick up at a convenient time. Our courier cannot drop off to Post Offices.
If you are happy for your items to be left in a safe spot you can also request this by placing a comment in the box at checkout, (eg. leave the parcel on the verandah if not at home). In doing so, you assume all responsibility for the delivery of the parcel. We cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing from your residence. If you have not received your parcel, please contact us and we will endeavour to help locate your package with either Australia Post or our nominated courier.
By Australia Post - Australia Post will typically leave a card in your letterbox or you doorstep advising you that delivery was attempted. Your parcel will be ready for collection from the Post Office after a nominated time. They will not normally leave parcels unattended unless they consider it safe to do so or you have given us authority when you placed your order.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to investigate any loss /damage to parcels with the carriers beyond 30 days of your order being shipped, and are therefore not liable for any such claims.
If you are left a calling card, please be prompt in making contact with the carrier to ensure your parcel is delivered to you. Australia Post and our courier will usually only attempt the delivery twice and will only hold parcels for so long before they will be returned to us. If this occurs, you will be charged for postage again.
Tracking of Parcels
Your order can be tracked using the courier or Australia Post tracking systems. Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed a confirmation and tracking number so you can track your parcel.
Our website will not process deliveries to countries outside of Australia. However, for small items weighing less than 500 grams, we may quote delivery for you. Please contact us at email@example.com with the items you wish to purchase and the delivery address along with your country and we will advise if delivery is possible along with the shipping costs. You will be invoiced separately to our website and items will not be sent until payment has been approved. Please be mindful that you may be liable for additional import duties, taxes or charges that may be applicable to your country. We are not responsible for these charges.
Ordering From Overseas for Delivery to Australian Addresses
We gladly accept orders from overseas for delivery to Australian addresses ONLY.
